About RealtyIndex

One developer, one search bar, every tokenized property.

Our Mission

The search engine for tokenized real estate

If you've ever tried to compare tokenized properties across platforms, you know the pain. Open RealT in one tab, Lofty in another, RedSwan in a third. Different layouts, different data formats, no easy way to compare yields or prices side by side. RealtyIndex exists to fix that.

We aggregate listings from multiple platforms into one interface so you can search, filter and compare without jumping between sites. We don't sell tokens, manage properties, or handle your money. We just help you find what you're looking for, faster.

This isn't a VC-backed startup with a 40-person team. It's a solo project built by a developer who invests in tokenized real estate and got tired of the fragmented experience. If you've felt the same frustration, you're in the right place.

What Sets Us Apart

How We're Different

No gimmicks, no token sales, no buzzwords. Just a useful tool.

Aggregator Only

We don't handle transactions, tokenization, or property management. We help you discover and compare. That's it. When you're ready to invest, we send you to the platform that lists the property.

Platform Agnostic

We pull data from RealT, Lofty, RedSwan and Binaryx. One search, all platforms. No favourites, no paid placements, and no commercial relationship with any platform listed.

Built for Transparency

Open data, no hidden fees, nothing to sign up for. The project makes no money at this stage: we do not charge for search, sell data, or take a cut from the platforms we list.

Solo Built

No VC funding, no bloated team. Just a developer in the Netherlands who saw a gap in the market and shipped. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem, not because a product manager needed a KPI.

Our Sources

The Platforms We Aggregate

The platforms RealtyIndex currently indexes.

RealT

RealT offers fractional ownership of rental properties, mostly in the US, with tokens on the Ethereum and Gnosis chains. It is the largest source in the index by listing count.

Lofty

Lofty issues fractional property tokens on Algorand, focused on US residential property. Token prices in the index run from about $40 to $62.

RedSwan

RedSwan focuses on commercial real estate, with tokens issued on the Stellar and Hedera blockchains. Its listings are open to accredited investors only under US Regulation D.

Binaryx

Binaryx structures each property as a Wyoming LLC DAO, with tokens representing shares in the property-holding entity. Much of its inventory is off-plan construction funding, and it advertises an "up to" APR rather than a realized yield.
